Can You Begin To Imagine Your Ideal Future?
Our ability to create our reality and our future lies in our hands. Like this idea or not, it does bring us onto the main idea behind this edition of Vibrations of Truth.
We are often told about the power of our thoughts; we are also told about the importance of our intentions and where we focus our attention. However, frequently we are left believing the most important idea is to practice affirmations – saying things to ourselves repeatedly. While what we say to ourselves can have an impact upon us the idea falls down because thoughts form only one part of a 'Core Wave' that influences our future direction. The core waves are effectively vibrations created by us today that we walk into tomorrow. Thoughts, feelings, intentions and those things that we focus on form a part of this core wave.
Your question may now be, "OK, so how can I use this to create more of what I want in my life; better health, more happiness and abundance in general".
Let me ask you this question, If you were to create an ideal future for yourself, what would it be like? All things that now exist in form were once simply ideas, thoughts, visions, dreams, intentions. Something that existed at some level of consciousness.
"The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones."
-- William Faulkner
In order to begin to manifest those things that we need in our lives, we must begin by placing the focus of our intention not on what we want but what we will create. Then we must pay very close attention to how we feel, our heart wisdom or intuition, in order to gauge whether this resonates with what we are focusing on.
Ask yourself the question, "how will what I want serve me? Do I feel this is really right for me". We cannot simply create anything by thinking about it, especially if it lies outside of the realms of who we are, our 'true self'. We know that our emotions are not created by our thoughts, but arise spontaneously and reflect our truth and who we are.
We need to let ourselves by guided by our intuition, our heart wisdom, because ultimately this cannot be over ridden. Once you have decided that what you want aligns with your 'true self', imagine experiencing those things now and be open to new ways to discover those qualities appearing in your life. And remember the importance of aligning thoughts, intentions, words and behaviours. Then start to take some action!
Remember that while we imagine our ideal future that our e-motions guide us to the truth whether ideal or not. So while using the above technique it must not be to the exclusion of our e-motions as these are not changeable and must flow as energy in our actions and words.
"Change is created by those whose imaginations are bigger than their circumstances"
